Jack Caine (Dolph Lundgren) is a Houston vice cop who’s forgotten the rule book. His self-appointed mission is to stop the drugs trade and the number one supplier Victor Manning. Whilst involved in an undercover operation to entrap Victor Manning, his partner gets killed, and a sinister newcomer enters the scene… Along with F.B.I. agent Lawrence Smith, the two investigate a spate of mysterious deaths; normal non-junkies dying of massive heroin overdoses and bearing the same horrific puncture marks on the forehead. This, coupled with Caine’s own evidence, indicates an alien force is present on the streets of Houston, killing and gathering stocks of a rare drug found only in the brain… Caine is used to fighting the toughest of criminals, but up to now they’ve all been human…

Film Review

Jack Caine is a maverick cop and while on an undercover operation sting on drug dealer Victor Manning. He gets distracted by a hold-up and because of that his partner is killed. But Manning is now the least of his worries, as a new figure has entered the drug scene. A tall, blond haired man with blinding white eyes, who doesn't seem of this world. Jack gets paired up with a rule-abiding FBI agent Larry Smith, and they discover their mysterious man is an intergalactic drug dealer. He injects his victims with heroine to extract an important dose of endorphins from their brains. What an uncanny and ultra-slick item. Lousy this is not, as there's quite a lot of fun to be had in this rapid-moving and largely witty action hybrid. I believe it to be Dolph Lundgren's best film… yes you're reading that right. It follows the pattern of the alien-on-the-rampage and buddy cop (who get paired up and don't see eye to eye in each others methods) flicks that flooded the late 8…

This is a very good good Lundgren flick that’s a lot of fun!. Sure It’s cheesy, and some of the dialog is cheesy, but it never bored me and kept me entertained throughout, and Lundgren was excellent in it!. The effects were good, and the story, is bizarre, however it’s executed beautifully, and Mathias Hues, plays a very menacing alien. The 2 main leads , have decent chemistry together, however Benben got on my nerves somewhat. The Direction is good. Craig R. Baxley does a good job here, with excellent camera angles, great action sequences, good use of colors, and great POV shots of the Bad Alien, plus the film was always kept at a fast pace, good job!. There is plenty of blood and violence!. We get, lots of bloody gunshot wounds, a couple bloody ones to the head, a bloody gunshot wound to the neck with spurting blood, knife in the chest, impaling, exploding body, and lots of people get there throat slit by flying CD’s and all are very bloody, and there’s more. The Acting is very good….

Dolph Lundgren, AKA: He-Man from the 1987 film adaptation of "Masters of the Universe", is given a new partner in Brian Benben while investigating the murder of his former partner in a botched operation, and then gets caught in the crossfire between two aliens, one of whom is a kind of intergalactic drug dealer who kills people and then sells their blood because, in other regions of the universe, human blood is like a narcotic drug that other creatures become addicted to. The bad alien has a tendency to repeat "I Come In Peace." A few mildly entertaining moments, but mostly forgettable direct to video junk, lacking the production value of some of Lundgren's earlier films, "Rocky 4", Masters of the Universe, even the Punisher adaptation along with Universal Soldier and Showdown in Little Tokyo.He-Man deserved better, and so did we.Also known as "I Come In Peace".
